Job description
We are looking to recruit experienced Project Coordinator/s in the field of Interior Design & Fit-out. They are required to support project managers to pursue and acquire timely approvals from different authorities externally and teams within Evolve. Obtaining the timely approvals is the essence and core responsibilty of this position to ensure seamless execution, management and delivery of projects for our esteemed clients.
The position requires the holder to understand each and every aspect of the project requirements, track and efficiently manage the coordination of each project by effectively collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. They will own the complete project coordination responsibilities for each assigned project. The project coordinator/s will take up each project and support their project managers / project owners within Evolve from the time the project is acquired till the client’s launch date. After which they are expected to coordinate the complete project handover process including creation and management of all documentations related to the project with internal and external teams.
This position will be a support role during the full project management life cycle for each project. They need to ensure flawless internal and external communication, with exceptional attention to detail at each life-stage of the project, support their project managers to deliver optimum customer experience, and strive to achieve high levels of satisfaction for our esteemed clients and seamless support to our internal teams / departments.
The Project Coordinator/s are expected to perform the following duties but not limited to the same.
- Submit drawings to the builder/developer, obtain NOC, pay deposit & fee.
- Submission of drawings for approval/NOC with other authorities.
- Apply for Inspection of site.
- Arrange and organize documentation & apply for work permits.
- Arrange and organize document & apply for final inspection, obtain completion certificate.
- Apply for security deposit refund from authorities & builder/s.
- Prepare handover file folder and submit it to Account Manager in a timely manner as per deadlines.
- Meet building management staff, apply for work permit & worker passes, fee & deposit payment, collection of approved drawings.
- Arrange workers documentation and apply for police permission to do fit out work (if and when required)
- Coordinate with client/s (if and when required)
- Coordinate with designers for drawings, change requests etc.
- Coordinate with Account Managers for documents, approvals & payments.
- Meet all the site requirements for smooth running of the project
- Ensure the creation, management and updation of the project calendar, tasks and responsibilities associated to each project.
- Identify and report in-consistencies to account managers to take timely corrective action.
Note:

Desired Skills and Experience
Qualification: University Degree
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of Gulf Experience in Interior and FIt-out field is a must and should hold a valid UAE Driving License.
Pre-requisites:
- Candidate should have at least 5 years Gulf experience in Interior Design & Fit-out field.
- UAE Driving License is a must.
- Personable and Professional.
- Languages: English (must), other known languages will be an advantage.
- Good Business Communication - Verbal and Written.
- The individual should be result driven & focussed on the objectives of the project.
- Exceptional Internal and External Stakeholder Relationship Management Skills.
- Goal driven, Go-getter with Positive Attitude.
- Possess exceptional time management skills.
- Proven Project Coordination, Time Management, Project support and collaboration skills.
- Familiar with MS Office, Mail and other professional applications.
