Job description

Purchasing Coordinator:

 

- Will be involved in negotiations with the manufacturer along with the Buyer.

- Preparation of work sheets for the Buyer.

- Preparation of Purchase Orders.

- Coordination with logistics on all shipments.

- Check all proforma invoices, quantities prices.

- Enter POs into ERP system.

- Evaluate new product codes with Sales department.

- Inform logistics of all pick up & delivery schedules.

- Prepare weekly open order report.

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum Graduate :- BA / BCOM

Excellent communication skills Spoken & written english a must.

Word / Excel / Powerpoint

self motivated & willing to learn
