Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to be responsible for our Bakery Category which includes the Bakery, Coffee and Fresh Food retail selections.
The roles involves managing suppliers, negotiating costs and marketing/promotional activities, developing an annual promotional calendar, reviewing HSE standards of suppliers and conducting market research to bench marking against competitors.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 8 years general experience of Bakery/Coffee/Fresh Foods in Retail
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role in FMCG within Retail
- Experience in Bakery/Coffee recipe management
- Experience in conducting Market Research to Benchmark Prices
- Experience in arranging Promotions for Bakery/Coffee/Fresh Foods
- Must have excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
