JOB BACKGROUND
Facilitate & advise on RM activities across the enterprise. Assist the Risk Manager in overseeing the ERM approach and practices for continuous improvement. Establish and maintain a PRM practice as an integral part of the overall ERM framework. Assist the Risk Manager with planning & managing ERM objectives & activities. Contribute to the development of a PRM practice and ensure its alignment with the ERM framework. Identify, evaluate, manage and report project related risks as part of the ERM scope and reporting structure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or Engineering background
At least 10 years’ industrial and/or risk-based audit experience out of which 4 years in Risk Management preferably in the EPC sector
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
A recognized certification from the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP) or Institute of Risk Management (IRM) is an advantage.
Experience in conducting and facilitating risk management workshops
Knowledge of ISO 31000 (International Standard for Risk Management), COSO ERM or any other recognized ERM framework is preferred.
