Description

1) At least 2 years’ experience in Apparel Manufacturing.
2) At least 2 years’ experience in Production co-ordination ( QC / Merchandising).
3) Evaluating the product specifications against the approved product range.
4) Setting quality assurance, compliance objectives to achieve quality targets.
5) Understanding and evaluating laboratory test reports on samples received from suppliers against the testing requirements stipulated by the company and that agreed with the suppliers.
6) Maintaining and setting up administrative and critical path control procedures.
7) Coordinating with Suppliers, Factories and Vendors as applicable.
8) Coordinating with Warehouse Supervisor and stock co-ordinators regarding the stock level and their requirements if any.
9) Liaise with both local and international suppliers.
10) Procurement Forecasting [CEO] based on defined parameters in conjunction with various departments and department heads.
11) Raising purchase orders to vendors and submitting reports to finance and CEO
