JOB PROFILE
As the Production Planner you will Plan production schedules and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials to meet delivery requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or two-year Diploma in a related field
Minimum sixteen years of oil industry experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare operational schedules and coordinate activities of various production processes to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications.
Schedule activities of the operations production group
Support the group in all phases of scheduling and inventory management
Coordinate and prepare capacity planning utilization requirements through coordination with relevant teams.
Advise management of the status or work in progress, material availability, and routine production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided.
Maintain minimum inventory levels through plant scheduling, as well as packaging material inventory and reorder points.
Provide analytical/logistical support for assigned products.
Review products to maintain customer service level while maintaining least cost inventory and production.
Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
