Senior Account Manager

Job description

We are looking for Senior Account Managers, with at least 4 years experience, who are able to manage all aspects of client communication and client related commercial activities. Manage a designated portfolio of clients as well as driving and finding new opportunities and leads.

 

You will be involved in the project from pitching, planning, development, and execution of projects and campaigns. You will be responsible for client communications with regard to project and campaign needs and requests; such as initial creative pitch, design development presentations, budgets, workflow, billing etc…

 

The role demands a position of knowledge, expertise and gravitas that will gain respect, appreciation and trust. You will help clients develop strategies; initiatives; communication plans and solutions to creative, logistical, and technical business initiatives by identifying clients marketing, communications and business issues and matching them with the agencies capabilities and ideas.

 

Your principle aim is to convert non secured clients and projects into secured repeat business for the company. You will have advanced leadership, communication, project-management and problem-solving experience.

Arabic Speakers would be at an advantage.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Smart business attire.
  • Medically fit to undertake requirements of job in full.
  • At least 4 years as an Account Handler within a live communications agency (Exhibition / Events) or in a creative and marketing environment.
  • Experience in growing and retaining client relationships.
  • Computer literate and experience with MS Office and CRM software packages.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership & Interpersonal skills.
  • Professional with proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and textually and enjoy giving inspiring presentations.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Strong in depth knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends, strong understanding of how projects fit into the client’s business and brand position.
  • Demonstrate creative competencies: client focus, accountability for results, organizational sophistication, ingenuity and communicating ideas.
