Marketing Executive

Job description

JOB PURPOSE: To provide marketing support to the business through a wide range of marketing initiatives in order to create awareness and strengthen the company’s brand and image.

Key accountabilities:

  1. Liaise with Managers to design and implement marketing activities to effectively meet organisational objectives.
  2. Identify market needs for service requirement by conducting market research.
  3. Managing digital marketing activities, through all digital platforms.
  4. Ensure frequent, timely and positive media coverage of all company PR activities across all available media whilst operating within the allocated budget.
  5. Devise and present ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns that promote the Avis brand and provide the opportunity for revenue generation.
  6. Develop and maintain all content for company website and establish a strong presence across all mediums.
  7. Monitor the branding and general image of all locations to ensure compliance with AVIS branding guidelines.
  8. Manage all marketing material which includes general information brochures, preferred card applications, posters, and special marketing material for special events, and sponsorship events.
  9. Support any Ad-hoc projects that are in line with the marketing strategy.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience: 3 years experience in Marketing

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

Job Specific Skills: Interpersonal Skills; Computer Proficient, Project Management, Problem Solving,

Events Management.

Generic Skills: Communication, Presentation Skills, Time Management, ability to “think outside of the box”.
