Job description
JOB PURPOSE: To provide marketing support to the business through a wide range of marketing initiatives in order to create awareness and strengthen the company’s brand and image.
Key accountabilities:
- Liaise with Managers to design and implement marketing activities to effectively meet organisational objectives.
- Identify market needs for service requirement by conducting market research.
- Managing digital marketing activities, through all digital platforms.
- Ensure frequent, timely and positive media coverage of all company PR activities across all available media whilst operating within the allocated budget.
- Devise and present ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns that promote the Avis brand and provide the opportunity for revenue generation.
- Develop and maintain all content for company website and establish a strong presence across all mediums.
- Monitor the branding and general image of all locations to ensure compliance with AVIS branding guidelines.
- Manage all marketing material which includes general information brochures, preferred card applications, posters, and special marketing material for special events, and sponsorship events.
- Support any Ad-hoc projects that are in line with the marketing strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience: 3 years experience in Marketing
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Job Specific Skills: Interpersonal Skills; Computer Proficient, Project Management, Problem Solving,
Events Management.
Generic Skills: Communication, Presentation Skills, Time Management, ability to “think outside of the box”.
