Job description
Job purpose: Responsible for building, maintaining and managing sound relationships with current and prospective leisure partners (OTA’s, brokers, tour operators and travel agents) to maximize the Avis portfolio.
Key accountabilities:
- Identify & develop relationships with key new OTA’s, brokers, tour operators and travel agents to provide incremental business opportunity for inbound, outbound and domestic retail transactions.
- Identify requirements for existing leisure partners to determine best solutions, present proposals and recommend new opportunities to maximize profit contribution.
- Develop marketing plans and recommend business strategies for lead generation.
- Ensure through effective time management that support and coordination of all leisure partner orders and processing is completed.
- Ensure knowledge of competitive landscape to collect, investigate and validate competitive activity to assist in developing relevant strategies.
- Support any Ad-hoc projects that are in line with the marketing strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience: 3+ years’ sales experience. UAE experience preferred.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree.
Job Specific Skills: Effective verbal & written communication. Selling techniques, negotiation skills, presentation skills.
Generic Skills: PC literate, organizational skills, self-organized and good planning skills, interpersonal skills to work effectively cross functionally across the business.
