As the Dubai Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving the equipment sales (& rental) performance opportunities:
- Report to the Area General Manager and manage a sales team to meet monthly rental and sales revenue, trading profit and budget targets
- Monitor market sectors to identify new opportunities across your area.
- Utilise sales ERP/CRM systems to drive optimal performance
- P&L management
- Compile budget and forecast information for senior management
- Ensure companies procedures in OHSE & Best Practice
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Proven sales career history ideally from the rental, service or heavy equipment industry
- Knowledge and experience within power generation equipment is highly regarded
- Previous UAE sales experience, other MENA region exprience also considered
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Middle East management experience within a similar capacity
