JOB PROFILE
As the Talent Management Advisor/Consultant you will be responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of programs and processes in Talent Management. You will also be assigned to one of 6 areas of discipline/focus, depending on your experiences and educational background:
• Performance Management
• Workforce Planning
• Metrics & Analytics
• Leadership Development
• Assessments & Assessment Centres
• Professional & Career Development
JOB QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Development or other related discipline required
Masters degree preferred
Three to fifteen years of experience in Organization Development and Talent Management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops programs in their respective discipline within Talent Management to meet divisional and functional objectives
Tailor Talent Management programs to achieve the company’s targeted Saudization ratio of 85%.
Help contribute programs to company Corporate University.
Coordinate and develop professional development rotational programs
Develop corporate-wide performance management system, process, and tools to support company’s efforts in building a performance culture.
Support the development of Workforce Planning tools and Talent Dashboards to support evidence-based decision making in the company relative to talent and talent initiatives.
Develop corporate e-learning and knowledge sharing programs
Act as facilitator, mentor, and/or leadership coach
Serve as trainer for curricula and course delivery
