Responsibilities:
1. Manage the floral team
2. Quality control
3. Order Flowers and formal supplies from suppliers
4. Manage inventory
5. Report daily to the management
6. Arrange deliveries
7. Supervise the store front
8. Assigns duties to the floral team
9. Taking costumers orders and assigning them to a designated florist
10. Designs flowers for corporate clients and website
11. Provide directions to the worker
12.Maintain store standards
13. Preform assigned duties by the management
14. Inform costumers on how to take care of their flowers and maintain them
15. Conduct floral design classes
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a floral designer, at least 7 years
2. Computer skills
3. Strong costumer service and communication skills
4. Artistic, creative and able to design in a modern way
5. Energetic
