Administer the operation and maintenance of the soft systems.
• Implement & Install the DC, Exchange Server, ISA server, TMG Server, DNS and DHCP.
• Administer Active Directory users and groups, Security Policies, DNS, DHCP, Terminal Servers, File and Print Servers, Exchange server, WSUS server, and Proxy Servers.
• Identify and testing new systems and hardware for improving and upgrading systems performance.
• Solve technical issues and providing the maintenance and 2nd line support to customers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot servers.
• Maintain a daily, weekly, monthly and annual backup of the data, emails, and database available in the company.
• Exchange server monitoring and keeping it up-to-date all the time with antivirus definitions and software updates.
? Administer the Virtualization environment HYPER-V requirements to adopt latest technologies.
? Perform servers’ health checks on planned basis that includes monitoring performance, disk space, running services etc…
