Senior Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultants and Product Developers - India and UAE

CAREER OPPORTUNITY - Sable37 is currently undergoing rapid growth and we are on the search for several Senior Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultants and Product Developers in both a functional andtechnical capacity. Applicants must have an extensive history (6 years +) in business consulting, or equivalent certified Dynamics AX professionals that have successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics™ AX as a Lead Consultant.

These roles are to be based in Dubai (UAE) and/or Gurgaon (India).

Successful applicants will be responsible for providing support and consultancy to our valued customers, working throughout the implementation process as well as user training.

Responsibilities for Functional roles include:

1. Leverage the businesses Best Practices, relating to Microsoft Dynamics AX’s business process solutions.
2. Translate functional business requirements into a Microsoft Dynamics AX application configuration design.
3. Provide clear and articulate documentation for all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation lifecycle.
4. Train clients on the use of Microsoft Dynamics AX and any add-on software implemented.
5. Guide and support clients with pilot testing solutions.
6. Collaborate with clients to develop functional designs for custom Microsoft Dynamics AX requirements.
7. Configure and test Microsoft Dynamics AX module configurations to ensure delivered solutions meet client’s functional requirements.
8. Provide support and quality assurance for delivered solutions.
9. Liaise closely with the Sable team to ensure high-quality, professional, and client-focused solutions are delivered at all times.
10. Responsible for conducting peer review for Microsoft Dynamics AX application, configuration, design and adherence to best practices, standards, procedures and methodologies.
11. Responsible for providing analysis and follow-up of Applications Support Service Desk items to ensure problems are resolved and bottlenecks reported to relevant Sable management.
12. Demonstrate Dynamics AX to prospects and customers including preparation and requirements gathering prior to presentation.
13. Demonstrate Sable IP to prospects and customers across the globe, this sometimes requires flexible working hours.

Responsibilities for Technical roles include:

1. Liaise closely with the Sable team to ensure high-quality, professional, and team-focused software development is conducted at all times.

1. Development of reports, modifications, and modules in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
2. Development in X++, .Net, SSRS and others that are agreed upon.
3. Development of mobility solutions that will be available via the current main mobility platforms: Windows mobile, Apple, and Android.
4. Migrating of code changes to other environments.
5. High level testing of software developments.
6. Keeping abreast of key functionalities with Dynamics AX from a technical and functional perspective.
7. To install Dynamics AX, including all related components such as Enterprise Portal, AIF, DMIF, Retail POS, etc.
8. To use Best Practice in coding at all times.
9. Providing guidance to junior members of the team.
10. To challenge design and advocate generic design.
11. To liaise with Consultants with regards to functional specifications on a case-by-case basis.
12. Provide from time to time, estimates of development effort.
13. Suggest and improve daily activities where applicable.
14. Provide release notes and necessary changes to designs for customers and Consultants.
15. Responsible for providing analysis and follow-up of Applications Support Service Desk items to ensure problems and bottlenecks are reported to the relevant Manager.
