SAP ABAP-HCM Analyst- Core skills in HCM Development

Job description

  • Work closely with functional analysts to design the best technical solution to complex business problems.
  • Participate and/or lead in the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of SAP HCM solutions for the business.
  • Drive solution reuse, reliability, performance, and scalability through deep knowledge of software design and of SAP.
  • Will work within HR, Payroll, Time Management, ESS, MSS, e-Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Learning Solution and Nakisa.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • About minimum 4 years of SAP HCM implementation experience.
  • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 or higher (6.0 EHP5 a plus).
  • Development in SAP Payroll and Time experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of good programming techniques and use of all development tools including OO programming.
  • Strong Object oriented programming.
  • Interface development using IDOC.
  • Must have experience on Web Services.
  • Very strong ABAP Web Dynpro with FPM.
  • Expert level proficiency in Adobe Forms both offline and interactive with exceptional JAVA Script knowledge.
  • Knowledge on ABAP Forms is preferred.
  • Strong Workflow Skills in various modules of HCM e-Recruitment, Learning Solution, Performance Appraisal and Logistic and Finance Modules.
  • Should have prior experience in application development and enhancements for e-Recruitment, ESS, MSS, Learning Solution.
  • Enhancement in Nakisa OrgChart Visualization and Talent Visualization is added advantage.
  • Integration Experience with SAP Time Management with Time Device using IDOC is added advantage.
  • Development experience in HANA environment is added advantage.
