Job description
We are looking for passionate brand ambassadors who will be responsible to understand and communicate the luxury brand ethos of the brand to the client. You will be responsible for the sales and service standards. You will deliver the highest level of customer service on a daily basis whilst identifying customer needs.
Responsibilities
Sales & Retail Operations
- Achieve sales target
- Ensure upkeep of retail standards and general hygiene
- Implement visual displays
- Coordinate with Customer Care Centres and provide after sales service
- Generate Daily Sales Reports
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide exemplary customer service to clients
Stock Management
- Supporting inter shop/location stock transfers
- Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements
- Participate in replenishment process to avoid and report any over stock
- Prepare for the inventory
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Store Manager
Communication & Working Relationship
Internal: Brand/Operations team, HR , Finance, Warehousing & Logistics, Marketing, Customer Care & Retail sales team
Desired Skills and Experience
Education: Graduate is preferred
Experience: 2-5 years of experience with Luxury retail; hospitality or aviation
Linguistic skills: Excellent English; Fluency in any of these languages will be an advantage: Arabic, Chinese, Russian
Personality Traits: Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal abilities; Strong result orientation & creativity; sharp business acumen
Knowledge: Retail Operations in a luxury environment
