Horse Riding Instructor

We are looking for a horse riding instructor with the following qualifications and skills:

Teach general horsemanship principles & skills and developing proper technique and form as well as promoting safety for horse and rider
Teach students to ride in groups or individual lessons and enriching the student’s understanding of the relationship between horse and rider
Working through behavioral issues (often for both horse and rider)
Have great communication skills and be able to motivate riders of all abilities.
need to have good horse riding skills and share good riding practice with your students
making sure health and safety rules are followed
teaching & helping horses and riders to warm up and cool down during training
developing training programmes suited to riders
can give practical demonstrations
observing riders in order to spot and help correct problems
giving feedback and keeping records of rider development
assessing riders of their riding levels from beginner, intermediate and advance level up to qualifications
improve the student’s riding ability and performance and can teach: Horse feeding, grooming, and care, Health issues, Human and equine anatomy and physiology, Training and communication, Proper use of tack and equipment
Care, exercise & behavior of lesson horses
