Training Manager - Fashion

Job description

The Training Manager is responsible for imparting skills and knowledge on high end luxury Fashion brands. The Trainer represents the product/ area of specialisation and creates awareness in the team both for selling and methods of usage.

Training

» Designing and delivering training to all staff in the luxury retail sector, Focussing on brand, history and culture.

» Create and/or implement the training calendar for the year

» Provide training through advanced techniques and product knowledge

» Create brand awareness at the front liners level

» Gather feedback from the participants and concerned supervisors, to assess the effectiveness of the training and its impact on the participants

» Provide details of the training calendar of activities & events relevant to members of the target audience

» Acquire product knowledge of new brands.

 

PR participation

» Be part of the team during major events and in-store activities

» Attend all important company social functions and opportunities where verbal selling of the Store and its brands can be effectively done.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a Manager of people and:

» Be hugely passionate about fashion,

» Be structured and organised

» Be confident in designing and delivering their training programmes to the teams across the region.

» Be a fluent Arabic speaker

» Have a flare for presenting and getting the staff passionate about the brand they work for.
