The role of Head of Franchise is to review the new International market opportunities for the global markets, working with the Chief Executive. This candidate will have a team of Merchandisers in the structure beneath them to manage a number of countries. Presently the business has 86 stores internationally with a aggressive growth plan.

Competitive package between 20,000 -30,000 AED per month plus benefits for the Merchandiser opportunities.
Competitive package between 35,000 -50,000 AED per month plus benefits for the Head of Franchise opportunity.

Desired Skills and Experience
For the role of Head of Franchise we are looking for someone who has experience in the following:
- Review and make contact with potential partners through the leveraging of existing management, external business, consultancy and partner relationships.
- Ongoing relationship management (calls, meetings, emails, visits)
- Execution in relation to the expansion into new Intl markets
- Analysis and project management
- Initial meetings / handover to International Retail Operations team to set-up in each new market
- The management of a team of Merchandisers that will look after a number of countries from a product selection to delivery to the Franchisee partner.
- Retail Operations experience.
- Fluency in Spanish is desired, however, not required.
For the Merchandising positions, we are looking for someone with experience in the following:
- Brand Selection and Merchandising from a Fashion retailer.
- Desired to have Middle East experience but not required.
- Have previously worked for a Franchised brand desired.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Fashion Merchandising.
