In flight Manager ( If on Papers with Previous Airlines) at a very good salary+ Flying Allowance + Free Home pick up & Drop cabs + Full Salary in training not Stipend Minimum 70 hours of flying in a Month, if you fly more you earn more.
Job base would be in UAE

Minimum Age : 18 Years and Max age 39years
Minimum Qualification: Under Graduate, Graduate or even an MBA can go for this.
