Property Consultant - DUBAI
The organisation has a highly experienced team, specialising in their respective areas of the Dubai property market. They have agents that specialise in Downtown Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Living and Dubai Marina; all highly sought-after regions of the city.
TITLE: Property Consultant
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
EARNINGS: 50 percent Commission + Residence Visa + RERA Certification + other perks negotiable depending on experience
BENEFITS: Medical insurance, company drivers
The Property Consultant role will include the following responsibilities:
- Inventory sourcing
- Promoting properties to prospective clients
- Preparing advertisements for open houses and listings
- Setting appointments to show properties to clients
- Preparing documents such as Purchase Agreements, Closing Statements, Deeds and Leases
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal Property Consultant will possess the following:
- Minimum of three years experience as a Sales/leasing Property Consultant
- Proven track record
- Excellent knowledge of property, sales and leasing brokerage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working to targets
- A high level of written and spoken English (additional languages would be advantageous)
- The ability to self-manage
- A full driving licence
