We are currently hiring Commercial Specialist Brokers with the following skill set and job description to handle all aspects of the Commercial & Light Industrial Real Estate Sectors:
Desired Skills and Experience
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Conduct Market Comparative Analysis, Feasibility Studies and Due Diligences when required.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, company website, participation in multiple listing services and various other marketing tools.
- Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the product they are visiting.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, NDA’s, LOI’s, closing statements and leases.
- Confer with RERA & Land Department, lenders, and valuators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before transfer dates.
- Qualify clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
- Review property listings; attend conventions & exhibitions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
- Participate in training sessions for brokers to improve sales techniques & product knowledge.
