Job description
We at Al Tayer are looking for a Senior Risk Analyst - Business Risks within our Risk Team to support the enterprise wide risk management program with identification and adequate management of risks and assist the risk owners in development of mitigation plans for risks identified within various areas of business.
This would involve managing the process of documenting risk registers, ensure consistent and ongoing monitoring and reporting of key risks, facilitate risk assessment process in coordination with business owners to ensure compliance to Group Risk Management policies and procedures. Further to that he/she will be responsible to oversee input and data quality of risk management system and assist in embedding of risk culture throughout the Al Tayer Group.
This position will also require management/coaching abilities to junior team members.
