- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with knowledge of Arabic preferable - Good planning & organizing skills - Good understanding of basic service theory and supervisory management. - PC skills i.e. working knowledge of MS Office packages. - Thorough knowledge of industry - Ability to build, lead, coach and motivate a team. - Demonstrates high level of commitment, energy and resilience. - Passion for delighting customers. - Committed to delivering quality results and exceeding expectations. - Good problem solving and analytical skills - Good at building relationships and interpersonal skills - Have a valid and clean UAE driving license - Team player
