Description
1.Ensure timely preparation, collation and dissemination of daily/weekly/monthly sales and other reports
2. Intra/inter department Coordination & Customer Service
3.Support the HOD and assist him with routine tasks
4.Perform administrative duties and act as a first point of contact for calls, emails and messages in the department
5.Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests including guests
6.Maintain sales records, analyse and prepare presentations for senior management team
7.Manage sales documentation
Preferred: MIS specialist
2-5 years of experience with good knowledge of computers, excellent typing speed, good communication and analytical skills.
