PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Quality Control & Assurance in Factory – 02
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Quality checking from raw material to end product.
•In- Process inspection( Machining & Assembly) both dimensional and visual ( with fabrication drawing as bases for inspection)
•Develop and implement methods/procedure for QA/QC inspection & records.
•Eliminate / Reduce non-conformance of overall process & eng product in Factory 02
•Coordinate with production in-charge & foreman regarding quality of product and work.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HSE monitoring of overall production in Factory 02
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
. In – Process inspection to eliminate NCR of end product.
KWOLEDGE AND SKILLS
Good Knowledge of Production process and Quality
EDUCATION & SPECIAL TRANING OR SKILLS:
Engineering Degree, Quality management system, Health and Safety Administration.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge in Production/Fabrication and Quality Management.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT
No Proper procedure and method of work
