We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Loyalty Programme Executive to provide operational support to the loyalty programme team to ensure smooth delivery of programme objectives.
The role shall include designing and rolling out loyalty programme campaigns in coordination with stakeholders to achieve the programme objective of database growth, sales growth percentage, customer engagement etc.
The role also involves managing the loyalty programmes campaign execution, end to end setting up of programmes, supporting the initiative, keep track of customer complaints, liaise with internal and external stakeholders and reporting.
