Project Supervisor - Retail Fashion

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Project Supervisor is responsible for all phases of fit out building, from concept design, project completion through handover to brand manager. This role will manage multiple projects and concepts simultaneously.

Fit Out Management:

Coordination of the design from the brand principal and Al Ghurair Retail;

Coordination of the BOQ with the Contractor;

Coordination of all material orders for fit out projects;

Procurement & Fit Out Contractor negotiation and evaluation to ensure effective cost savings for AGRetail;
Fit Out Contracting:

Ensure design guidelines from Principial and Mall Management;

Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations;

Responsible for the execution of all phases of project in order to meet opening dates;

Coordinate all maintenance requirements from stores;

Ensure Health & Safety renewals and requirements from all stores are strictly complied with;
