JOB BACKGROUND
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, essentially there are five specific areas you will be responsible for, namely, Process Management, Contract management, Budget Management, Contract Award Process and Document Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Quantity Surveying
Associate membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
At least 7 years quantity surveying, tendering and contracts experience
FIDIC expert
International working experience e.g. UK, Europe and/or Canada
Retail and/or malls experience
