JOB PROFILE

As the Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all training functions related to safety as well as other training needs identified to provide employees with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their job safely and effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Two (2) or more years of directly related work experience in the oilfield
• One (1) year operating a work over rig or related field experience preferred Bilingual.
• Experience working with U.S. based companies.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and the use of Microsoft Applications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Travel to designated locations to train employees on HSE compliance topics. Compliance topics include U.S. Federal and State Regulatory Training, Company policies, Customer requirements, and any requirements specific to the country the employee will work. May train topics outside of HSE compliance training based on the needs of the organization.
• Facilitate training in a professional manner that demonstrates the Company’s core values.
• Facilitate training in a manner that maintains the integrity of the content and consistency across the organization.
• Incorporate adult learning principles in teaching methods to provide a positive, learning experience for all participants.
• Issue tests, evaluations, and skills assessments to validate the employee’s understanding of the material presented and the expectations of safe work practices.
• Schedule training and maintain all training records to ensuring accurate record keeping.
• Conduct field observations of employees to monitor progress, coach on safe work practices, and recommend other training opportunities.
• Collaborate with other trainers, auditors, customers, and compliance personnel to keep abreast of industry requirements and other training and development opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
