To strengthen the Corporate Legal Department we are hiring for our Dubai Office a Legal Counsel 100% (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Providing general legal support and advice to the business units in relation to a diverse range of legal matters
- Drafting, negotiating and revising contracts within a broad range of legal fields with relevance for the hospitality industry, such as hotel management, sales and marketing activities, e-distribution, IT, data privacy, consumer protection
- Assisting in preparation and revision of standard legal documents
- Advising and coaching business and functional management on legal and compliance considerations and techniques
- Guiding and managing external legal advisors in relation to various mandates
Desired Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree in law; additional postgraduate qualifications in law are an asset
- Postgraduate experience in an international law firm or in-house legal department
- Business-oriented mind-set
- Previous hospitality experience are advantageous
- Cultural and personal awareness required to perform in a multinational environment
- Ability to act independently and to execute tasks in a swift and precise manner with good attention to details
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- High level of integrity, ethics and reliability
- Fluency in Arabic and English (working language); additional language skills (German and French) are advantageous
- Able to travel to Saudi Arabia, and other Middle East countries with required permits
