About the job
The duties and responsibilities for this role are:

    1. Handles on boarding of new employees; labor and visa application, coordination with HR Connect for completion
    2. Handles coordination and labor and visa renewal of all business partners (Allianz, CHU, Atradius)
    3. Handles training; logistics, report and evaluation
    4. Coordinates all initiatives for Emiratization
    5. Supports in handling employee relation and discipline of all Emiratis at Orient
    6. Coordinates the recruitment of Emiratis; initial interview, coordination with business heads, coordination with Emiratization, on boarding
    7. Supports whole HR team on all HR initiatives related to engagement
  • OTHERS - Carry out day to day routine HR & Administrative work such as employee loans, advances, certificates etc and also officiate in place of HR manager during his absence and also perform any other duties assigned by him for smooth and effective operation of HR & Administration department.

    About you
    To be successful in winning this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    • Knowledgeable in theories and practices in HR and UAE labour laws.
    • Good communication skills, presentation skills and analytical skills.
    • We need someone who is self motivated, strong personality to handling employee relations including disciplinary action and driven to succeed.
    • Knowledge on MS office is a must.
