Looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Leading a large operations unit (consisting of Medical Audit, Medical Coding and Data Entry) making sure the desired service levels and TAT’s are met.
• Be a leader and mentor— managing the team’s performance, identifying process gaps and working on continuous process improvements & automation to enhance performance to reduce costs and improve service and quality
• Actively participate and contribute in process improvement initiatives.
• Provide the Head of Operations with regular communication on team performance and productivity
Education and experience required:
• A minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in a supervisor operations role in the Health Insurance sector in the UAE.
• Excellent knowledge of Claims Process management and Billing Management
• Degree in a medical related field preferred and Master’s degree in Business Administration/Operations.
• Post graduate degree in Quality Management or Process Engineering would be an added advantage.
• Experience in process automation and optimization.
