Job description
- Work closely with functional analysts to design the best technical solution to complex business problems.
- Participate and/or lead in the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of SAP HCM solutions for the business.
- Drive solution reuse, reliability, performance, and scalability through deep knowledge of software design and of SAP.
- Will work within SAP IS – H, MM and FI modules.
- Must have working experience in integration technologies : PI and ALE IDOCS
- Expertise in WDA is Advantage
Desired Skills and Experience
- About minimum 4 years of SAP ABAP implementation experience.
- object-oriented ABAP, Work Bench Organizer, Data Dictionary, Transport Management system, Sap script, Smart forms, LSMW, BADIs, BTEs, BAPIs, IDOCs. Strong hands on experience with Net Weaver Developer Studio ,
- SAP Enterprise Portal development skills including understanding of the different SAP tools and approaches of content development for the SAP Net Weaver Portal, setup and use the SAP Net Weaver Visual Composer, setup and use the SAP NetWeaver Development Studio, developing Portal Applications for the SAP NW Portal using ABAP Web Dynpro’s, and the Composite Application Framework
- Good experience Development and function knowledge in SAP IS-H including patient management and billing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of good programming techniques and use of all development tools including OO programming.
- Strong Object oriented programming.
- Must have experience on Web Services.
- Very strong ABAP Web Dynpro’s with FPM.
- Expert level proficiency in Adobe Forms both offline and interactive with exceptional JAVA Script knowledge.
- Knowledge on ABAP Forms is preferred.
- Strong Workflow Skills in various modules of HCM Logistic and Finance
