REQUIREMENTS & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business administration / office administration degree or equivalent.
• 2 years prior work experience in construction / architectural products.
• Makes telephone calls presentations & to following up with the existing and prospective customers.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals & quotations.
• Studying Specifications, Drawings & the other Related Documents for the Projects.
• Pre-Qualification, Method Statements, Compliance Statement, Technical Data & Shop drawing preparation.
• Tenders Preparation & Coordinating With Governmental Authorities & Companies.
• Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.
• Excellent coordination and business communication skills.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
• Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
• Candidate is required to have these following computer applications: Microsoft excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AutoCAD.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ensure that all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are updated and adhered to the corporate image.
• Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, customer news, and developments.
• Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial inquiry/RFP through closing of the opportunity.
• Lead the development and preparation of Pre-Qualification files, formal presentations, submittal proposal, and contracts.
SALARY PACKAGE: AED4,000 to 6,000 / MONTH BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
