The School

The GEMS Cambridge International School Abu Dhabi (GCIA) opened in September 2013. Currently we are FS1 to Year 9 and set to grow to Year 13, with an overall NOR of 3400 students, in subsequent years. Students follow the English National Curriculum and Cambridge International Examinations syllabus for IGCSE and A Level Programmes of study. The language of instruction is English. We offer a full, broad and balanced range of learning opportunities both in and out of the classroom.

The Post

Teacher of Geography (Jan 2015)

We are looking for an outstanding teacher of Geography to join our team from January 2015.

Applicants will be fully qualified teachers with exceptional subject knowledge and experience of leading a high performing teaching team. Applicants will have experience teaching A-Level orequivalent.

To be considered for this post you must hold a B.Ed or degree in a related subject and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
