A well reputed office automation company with reputed brands and branches throughout all emirates is looking for a Spare Parts Div - Sales Coordinator.
The prospective candidate would be a Lady with positive and mature attitude and with good English skills both verbal and written and preferably with south Indian background but not insistent for right candidate ( without any prejudice, for this slot the majority of client interaction is so. Hence this preference) She will be responsible to prepare quotations as per the reports submitted by the field team, mail them to clients ,call the clients and follow-up on the quotes and ensure the quote is approved and subsequently after the credit period,follow-up on the payments as well.
We as a company work 5 days a week from 8 am to 6.30 pm hence sharjah residents are preferred. We provide competitive work environment and at the same time insist on office discipline.
