Job Description:
. 9- 10 years experienced BDM / sales / pre-sales in Information Technology Infrastructure Outsourcing, offshoring, managed services, professional/consulting services, hardware and software selling in UAE
. Strong technical acumen with delivery/transition experience
. Experience in managing Tender / RFI / RFP process & exposure to various pricing model.
. Language capability : English/Arabic
. Ability to operate in a virtual team structure & readiness to Travel across the region.
. Primary responsibility of business development activities such as new client acquisition and expand portfolio in existing accounts for the IT IS practice
. Will carry a revenue target and new logo additions target.
. Understand customer requirements and engage with client to provide appropriate solution and delivery approach that will meet customer requirements (backend support will be available)
. Manage opportunity pipeline of new IT Infrastructure Services opportunities.
. Prepare detailed account plans and develop account penetration strategy for target accounts.
. Responsible for owning and driving the complete lifecycle of RFI/RFP response process
. Establish and maintain partnerships and alliances with key technology vendors in the region
Skills:
. Broader understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies such as Unix (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris), Wintel Servers, Mainframe, Virtualization (VmWare), Networking/Telecomm) (Cisco), Storage-SAN/NAS (EMC, Hitachi, NetApps), MQ, SOA, Utility Computing, Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory) etc
. Knowledge on various outsourcing and offshoring models, IT service delivery models (staff augmentation / managed services / consulting / professional services), ITIL processes etc
