Description
• Monitor the daily stock level of Raw materials (Including packing materials).Verify the stock reports and inform the store keeper for any discrepancies in the stock level (Excess /Shortages /Spoilages Etc.)
• Physical inspection of the raw material stores and ensures that all items are received as per quality standards and specification. Report exceptions and initiate claiming process in the case of overseas procurement.
• Make sure all the raw materials, processed goods and finished goods are issued on FIFO Basis.
• Monitor each and every process of production very closely and prepare the yield reports of each section on daily basis and submit a report to cost controller on daily basis.
• Maintain spoilage report of Raw materials, Processing (Including Off Cuts) and finished goods on daily basis.
• Monitor the stock level of finished goods store to avoid any wastage.
• Ensure the effective utilization of Manpower, Machinery and assets. Report any idle time/hours in any section/area on time to time.
• Monitor the General Overheads and report and overhead (s) which can be avoided or reduced.
• Any other cost related assignment will be given by the Cost Controller.
Bachelor’s degree-Preferably B.Com.
Male candidates preferred.
2-3 years work experience in Manufacturing/ processing industry.
Good Command of English and Hindi speaker preferred.
Excellent Knowledge & experience in MS office and Excel.
Reliable and detail oriented.
